Start from a goal
In your workspace at app.distribution.tech, a campaign starts from a goal: a launch, a funding announcement, a feature release or a program. Add the product, the moment it goes out, the window around it and a budget. The workspace answers with a priced plan: the creators it recommends, the format of each post, the date it runs and one all-in price per placement.
Your company context fills in the audience and the company when you leave them out, and markets default to worldwide. The plan shows each default it used, so you can change it.
Change the plan before you approve
Every placement shows the creator's name and handle, the audience they reach, their reach band and whether our team approved them, before you approve and before any payment. You can add a creator, remove one, or swap one creator for another, and set the guidelines the booked creators read.
A plan is an offer from us until you approve it, withdraw it, or it changes. Each version carries a fingerprint of its placements, dates and prices, so the plan you approve is exactly the plan you saw.
Approve
When you approve, we record the plan version, its fingerprint, the version of the brand terms, the person who approved and the time. That record is the order, and payment starts from it (see Pay for a plan). A signed plan does not change without a new approval, except through an edit or a swap.
You can also run every step from your own agent with an API key; the same flow is in Run a campaign with your agent.
The full rules are in the brand terms, sections 3 and 6.
